We made quiche dough from scratch.
To bring out the butter flavor and crispy texture of dough,
We went through a lot of trial to find the best blending ratio of ingredients.
We select rich taste ingredients like bacons, tandoori chicken, marinated shrimps which goes well balanced flavor with our dough.

Most of our staff are patissier.
Our tart is made from scratch. We really care about every ingredients, cream formulation and tart dough to bring out the flavor.

Tart dough

Bake slowly to make the crispy texture dough.
After baking tart, leave it out overnight to enrich the taste.

Cream

Combines variety of ingredients like almond cream, chocolate, matcha, english tea and nuts which goes well with tart.

Ingredient

Simply baked fresh fruits tart, brandy-soaked dry fruits tart, combines jam and cream cheese and so on.
We strive for the recipes which bring out the original taste of ingredients.

Original blend coffee is roasted in our roastery at Chiekoin.
It goes well with dishes and also sweets.
We keep studying about coffee and drip skills by barista.

We put variety of ingredients in sangria such as apple, orange, lemon, lime, banana & honey, brandy, stick cinnamon and anise.
To bring out the each flavor of ingredients, changing the length of soaking time depends on fruit types.
